Mission Statement: Building my Rogue game with passion and creativity, finding the training that develops specific to my goals.
Vision Statement: Building fitness to allow being semi-competitive at the World Championship Trials and the Canadian Championships as a masters athlete.
Training Goal: 100% present in each & every training session, refining technique, developing strength, speed & endurance specific to my goals.
Training; Finding rhythm in each movement made to maximize endurance and strength.
Motivation: Having the motivation of doing something better than I did the day before and motivation of making that happen.
Visualization: Visualize the training session as a moment of play and creativity, having a smile, a sense of adventure & joy.
Training: Absorbing the training session, knowing I put 100% effort into my training session.
Recovery: Focus after training session on positive development and absorbing the training with nutrition, rest and yoga.
Meditation: Quiet time before bed to check in with my body and absorb the day.
Training Improvements: The flow of each training session was just that little bit better than last week.
Technique Improvements: Within each training session I could really feel positioning and how the strength training plays such a large factor with technique.
Recovery Improvements: The nightly meditation & yoga has really help with making the next session of higher quality.
Training Goals: Increase the quality of each training session next week by including activation techniques in warm ups.
Technique Goals: Positioning is good but look to increase power without sacrificing fluidity.
Recovery Goals: Continued focus on meditation and yoga before bed.
